WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in from 14.00 onwards / Check-out by 11.00. A small message is welcome when you leave the apartment! 
If the apartment is free before 2pm I will let you know and in case we can anticipate the delivery.

HOW IS CHECK-IN DONE?

All my apartments are equipped with a self check-in system. 
After making your reservation you will receive a link to a (private) web page where you can enter your identity documents.
Below is the information to enter the house with your mobile phone (Web App) or with a numeric code. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT BAGGAGE IN ADVANCE?

Unfortunately not. However, it depends on the various departure and entry times of the other guests.
Alternatively there are some convenient and cheap luggage storage in the city.

IS THERE WIFI?

Of course! All apartments are connected with optical fiber from 200 to 500 Mega download. (Ideal for the Smat tv that is in the house)

IS THERE A PARKING / GARAGE?

There are no free parking spaces in the city! I only have 2 and they must be fixed in time.
The first under the Santa Maria Novella station (for the apartment in Via Avelli)

The second at the Sant'Ambrogio public pay car park!

Both are open 24/7 and accessible with a card.
The cost per day is around € 30.

THE RATE ALSO INCLUDES BREAKFAST

No in the apartments you can find everything you need to have breakfast but food is not included (they are prohibited for tourist rentals)! 

ARE THE APARTMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE ZTL?

It depends, almost always not, they are located outside, even if for a few meters, in fact they are very close to the points of interest in the city.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No pets are not allowed.

HOW CAN I BOOK?

- You can book directly here on our official website, online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Availability is displayed in real time and payments are protected. It is also possible to book by telephone. (+39 055 01 08 67)

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can choose whether to pay at check in or the balance in advance.

To pay at check-in you can select is "FLEXIBLE", and only a credit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation (the credit card may be subject to pre-authorization before arrival).

To make the advance payment the rate that you can select is the "NON-REFUNDABLE", a credit card is required, the charge will be made directly usually within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

If you don't have a credit card, you can guarantee your reservation by bank transfer.
In this case, please contact me to be able to communicate the data and to proceed with the booking confirmation.

I ALREADY HAVE A RESERVATION. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL IT?


Take a look at the emails received in the Junk Email folder.

If you have another booking system, like above, please contact their customer support.

I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE RESERVATION BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In alternativa, se non la trovi chiamami o scrivimi che te la rimando!
