This nice and bright apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and is located on the third floor without a lift.

Complete with everything, for the most technological Smat tv Tv with Netflix and high speed wifi Paid parking at the station, reachable without entering the ZTL.The apartment located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, has a wonderful view over the square and the Basilica Santa Maria Novella. It is accessible only by stairs. We are equipped with self check-in. Through a code to type or using a web app on your phone you can always enter in complete autonomy!

We have taken care of every detail. You will find a very bright and romantic apartment. Complete with everything.
Perfect if you are a couple or a family of up to 4 people.
The environment consists of two well separated spaces.
Bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
The sofa bed will be adequately arranged if there is a request for 3 or 4 guests.
All this is completed by some goodies that I thought of as moments of relaxation for your stay such as the presence of Netflix on TV, the ultra-fast wifi connection, international sockets and USB.
I have also put at your disposal a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven.

How to get here
Fly
From Pisa Airport -> Train from Pisa to Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
Then the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the station.
From Florence Airport -> Take the Tram (line T2) from the Aeroeporto stop to the Unit terminus .
Then the apartment is a 2 minute walk away.
Note: Tram ticket.
Tram and bus share the same ATAF ticket (Ataf = name of the transport company) which costs around 1.20 euros for 90 minutes.
You can buy it at a tobacconist's or newsagent's before boarding or with your mobile phone, by sending a text message to the number 4880105 and writing the word ATAF. On some buses it is also possible to pay by credit card.
The cost of the ticket is slightly higher than 1.50 euros (+ any commissions from your operator).
Warning: You risk serious fines if they find you with the ticket in hand but not validated, so remember to buy the ticket AND validate it when you get on the bus!

Then the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the station.
Note (shortcut) : Connected to the station there is a convenient underpass that takes you 30 meters from the apartment!
Car
For those coming by car there are two possibilities.
1) park outside Florence (eg Villa Costanza) and then take public transport (eg tram to the terminus Unit)
2) park in the center in the paid parking lot.

Location: 300m from the apartment, Under Santa Maria Novella Station.
Description
I have a private car park located under the Santa Maria Novella station.
To access it, you need to be in possession of the badge card that I must hand over to you in person before entering the car park.
Unfortunately, an appointment must be made for both delivery and return .
1) Delivery of the badge
In case it is necessary to make an appointment.
After fixing it, I will send you a detailed guide via email or WhatsApp, complete with photos and videos.
2) Return of the badge
To return the badge, as for the delivery, I will be found directly at the exit of the car park!
PARKING FOR FREE (or almost)!
[7 € per day] VILLA COSTANZA
Parking at the motorway exit + direct TRAM to get to the center
Open from June 2017 it is a parking lot directly connected to the A1 motorway!
In reality, there is no exit from the A1 motorway at all.
It is located in the stretch of highway between Florence Impruneta and Florence Scandicci. Villa Costanza exit.
While the car parks in the center cost about € 35 per day on average, here the daily rate is only € 7!
How does it work?
Simple! Leave the motorway, park, take the tram line (there is only 1 line) and arrive at the Unita 'terminus!
[Free] GALLUZZO
Parking far away + bus to get to the center
Leaving the A1 at Firenze-Impruneta or from the Firenze-Siena, go towards Florence in the direction of the small town of Galluzzo.
After about 1km, in the coopers area, there is a fairly large free car park with a convenient bus stop.
From here take bus 37 direct to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station (about 30 minutes).

From 15.00 onwards whenever you want.
The apartment is equipped with a self check in system.
How does it work?
1) Make a reservation
2) Receive a link to register the identity documents of the people staying overnight
3) Receive the credentials to enter the house (without the keys)!
Check Out
You can leave the apartment at the latest at 11.00.
After this time, the credentials to open the doors of the house will no longer be valid.
In case of course they can always be open but they need my authorization.
What do you need to know to leave the apartment?
Nothing, absolutely nothing. Just close the door behind you! That's all!
However, once you have left the apartment, it is a good idea to send a text message to let them know!
Luggage storage
Often it is not possible to keep luggage in the apartment in the afternoon.
In case near the station there is a convenient and cheap luggage storage.

Utility
Where / how to throw the garbage
In Florence we do separate collection.
At home you will find a basket with already divided compartments.
At check out I will take care of throwing away the dirt.
However, if you want to know where the nearest bins are, you can find them in the square of the unit .

Closest supermarkets
Where are the nearest supermarkets located?
The supermarkets in the center are almost all very small. However well supplied.
The closest are two Conad supermarkets.
1) Conad City Supermarket, Via Fratelli Alinari 6
Open every day from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm, on Sundays it opens at 9.00

They also have a deli department in this supermarket.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for a market stalls with fruit, vegetables and meat ..
The central market is a 5-minute walk away.
On the second floor there are also numerous stands where you can eat everything from street food to pasta dishes.
Open every day from 10.00 to midnight.
