5 Holiday Apartments in the deep heart of Florence
At the moment I have 5 apartments, 2 of which are under renovation which will be ready soon.
The currently bookable apartments are:
1) Via Avelli, 4 - Two-room apartment (4 people maximum)Apartment overlooking the basilica of Santa Maria Novella, in an exceptional position.Two minutes from the train station and 5 minutes maximum from the Duomo!
2) Via de 'Macci 59 - Two-room apartment (4 people maximum)Apartment in the lively university district of Sant'Ambrogio, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce.
3) Via de 'Macci 59 - Three-room apartment (4 people maximum)Apartment in the lively university district of Sant'Ambrogio, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce.
A + B : Apartment A and apartment B are on the same floor.
They can be booked together for a total of 8 people.

A nice apartment 2 minutes walk from the station and next to the basilica of Santa Maria Novella with a wonderful view.
The apartment really in the heart of the city 5 minutes walk from all the most beautiful places to see.
The building is a historic building and the apartment is on the third floor, there is no lift.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
Ideal for a romantic weekend or a stay for a couple with a child.

In the lively district of S.Ambrogio you will find two apartments:
- a two- room apartment consisting of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom, for a total of 4 beds
- a three- room apartment consisting of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms, for a total of 4 beds.
The two apartments can be booked together by the same family or group of friends, as they are on the same floor and can be made communicating, for a total of 8 guests.
Ideal for those coming by car or those who want to experience the Florence of the Florentines !
One of the youngest and most sparkling areas of the city.

LTZ. Limited traffic area.
The apartments are all in the ZTL but (unlike most of the other apartments) mine are close to places where it is allowed to pass! That is the train station and the Sant'Ambrogio market!
In addition, there are numerous paid parking lots nearby some of them with special agreements.
